Kyurem was created when the original dragon split so either Kyurem never actually fell to earth and that old lady's myth and it was just a regular meteorite that crashed or maybe the dragon split in mid air and that's when Kyurem crashed though that doesn't explain all the comet shards in the giant chasm

On the other hand, Zygarde was on hand to deal with the Ultra Beast threat, because it threatened ecosystems, and therefore the world internally. As for Eternatus, a pretext for creating a story, Rayquaza should have taken care of it.

Eternamax Eternatus slapped the everloving shit out of Megafug so hard it flew all the way back to Hoenn and lost the ability to mega evolve. The dogs had to step in and do its job for it. UBs are beneath it though, just some weird shit on a bunch of dumb islands no one cares about.

Ultra beasts came through dimensional portals directly to the surface. Eternatus lives on earth.
It wasn’t in the high stratosphere so it’s not Fug’s problem.
