red/blue: I used to love these, but now I can't play them without an emulator so I can move faster and train faster.
gold/silver: very good middle ground desu, running shoes exist very early on, day/night was cool, not as much grinding needed, cool hand bird
ruby/sapphire: I wanted to like these i really did, but they're grindy because so many pokemon seemed to use the "fuck you" amount of exp needed
[i have no idea what happens here]
sun/moon: it was fun to play through, but I'd never willingly do it again desu
sword/shield: i liked these a lot more than I thought I was going to desu. you don't have to train very hard, you can spam the little dungeons for exp and feathers, fun to do reruns and challenge/nuzlock since so many things are viable in the campaign. a full bug only run was fun in this game, there were so many bugs for a change
scarlet/violet: having enjoyed sword/shield I yarhard this shit and had a surprisingly good time, until the end game. downloaded a mod [pokemon compass] and it was much better, but everytime I fully beat the game I just restart, and purposely choose different teams n shit like sw/sh. I hate all 3 starters though, I liked the duck, then he evolved into some weird faggot shit
