I'm somewhat mixed. On one hand, for the tenth Gen, I want to return to Japan. The last few games have felt too touristy with only a surface layer of "culture" to them. It feels like someone took a week and visited a gift shop for Kalos, Galar, and Paldea.

PLA had soul, though.

Greece might be good though, as it's not really a tourist destination for Japanese. If they stuck more to classical literature and an idea of Greece, rather than Greece itself, it could actually be pretty good.

We just had a Mediterranean region (Iberian peninsula). Why not a part of Japan to pair up with the 30th anniversary?
