The offensive relationships for a sound type would be easily. super effective against water, ground and steel. Maybe resisted by grass and who knows, maybe psychic or bug. And for shits and giggles give electric an immunity to it. That’s the easy part


But that’s only half of a pokemon type, Sound is changes in pressure and vibrations. You can make sound, but how can you BE sound?
