actually distribute its added stats from evolution meaningfully so you're not just better off giving its pre-evo (which doesn't require trading to obtain btw) an eviolite

I like it enough. Probably because i rewlly like the color orange. Kek. I also kinda get where its coming from with the design. Its wearing a man made creation on its body so its kinda takes on a human construction worker look. I wonder if they were going to give Rhydon other forms based on other jobs both the idea fell through and we just ended up with the construction worker one? I do like that its horn grows larger and it grows a second horn. I do like the little details like its nails dulling iut because it doesnt need them anymore. It just shoots stuff now. I also enjoy how dangerous the tail is. Ive seen a few tweaks to the design over the years but I've never really seen a good one. Until then I think Rhyperior's design is fine. I do prefer Rhydon as a Pokémon design though.

20 spdef, solid rock now also boosts rock moves by 20% and accelrock.

I would like to increase its speed by 10 points to make it easier to out speed uninvested base 70 but that's asking too much with my suggestion and 20 spdef and 10 speed is far too much.

Solid rock now reduces super effective damage by 50%. This is also a huge buff to Camerupt and Carracosta.

Let's buff Rhydon too by making an eviolite that boosts attack by 50%

Make Solid Rock halve Super Effective damage and give it more points (10-20) to its joke of a Sp. Def, for a Pokemon that has an evolution that involves a piece of armor it sure can't handle a Bubble.
