This reminds me, what's your guys' theory as to how Serena makes her return to Kalos? I guess it depends on what "Contest Spectaculars" are in-universe. Are they different from traditional contests outside in practical terms, not just aesthetics? Is Serena going to compete in the Hoenn Grand Festival? If so, in the event that she became a Top Coordinator, would that be her cue to return to Kalos to compete in Showcases again? Would she absolutely dominate the scene on her path back to the Master Class? Or would she take up Yashio's offer from the end of XY&Z to become her apprentice and become the heir apparent to Elle? Where would Shauna, Millefeui, and Nene be in terms of their levels, assuming they're all still in Kalos? And would Serena be able to win over the voting audience against Elle in a Master Class rematch, now with the international celebrity she's built since she went to Hoenn?

We were robbed from this because the anime force "Character Development" hairstyle on Serena. All she needed was switch from her standard fringe to her default fringe. I think another mistake XY series made was confirming Serena's crush right away which took away all the fun. To me, its more interesting & heartwarming to watch a girl slowly knowing the protagonist and develop a connection before it become love but Serena was already crushing hard on Ash despite knowing him for like two days.

NPC Dawn's team on BDSP is almost identical to her anime team if they player picks Turtwig except all of them are fully evolve and she gets a Bellossom.

What if Serena return with the same team as her NPC counterpart? She already caught an Eevee that became a Sylveon so I guess she needs Alteria, Clefable, Meowstic and Mega Absol.

How do you guys think Serena would do in a 2v2 Pokémon battle against Millefeui and her Slurpuff and Meowstic? The thought came to me imagining if Kalos TriPokalons included a battle round like AG/DP contests, but it doesn't really matter to the question whether they're in a "contest battle" or a regular battle. I'd assume Serena has the edge simply because she's sponged enough battle strategy off Ash.

When BW tried to make TRio into a serious villain, everybody hated it which is why we got our old TRio back. But when XY series forced Ash to be some Prince charming, all the highschool loser acted like it was the greatest thing ever done to Ash which is why writers never brought back the old Ash and instead went with new Prince charming Ash who is little bit more Waku Waku now.

TRio never meant to be serious just like Ash never meant to be a cool prince charming. Its because of XYfags and Amourshippers that old Ash never returned except for one episode on MPM.
