Gaia K and N aren't versions.
Here's a screenshot of the Titan Builds, with a similar naming structure. (We have A - probably alpha, and also K for the working Switch build versioning)

There's no differentiation between Scarlet and Violet at this point, and there definitely would not be any difference between Gaia K and Gaia N other than build type.

What else have we been running wild with that's second or third hand info?

And then there's all this stuff with Majin. Can anyone here even name where that's coming from and why it's legitimate seeming?

It's fun to speculate, but we need to sometimes take a moment to calibrate. We really don't know as much as we think we know about Gen 10, and that's okay.

Context though, the K and N versions came from this page which clearly separates versions, not just different builds. You can also see that the game code is not the same.
