I did for everyone but the starter. Best tool for random encounters. Easy hidden abilities and eggs moves on wild Pokémon were great to have for story mode. However, it's terrible in dungeons.

Aron, Swablu, Kecleon, Snorunt, and Clamperl. I chained with egg moves in mind for all but the Snorunt, which was hidden ability instead. Yes, I didn't chain for Protean Kecleon, I went for Skill Swap to combo with Color Change.
