Yeah that sounds more like something a fake Mexican card would have on it. If it was just the art swapped, and the whole card was basically the Kabutops card otherwise, then maybe. That's the kind of mistake that can happen with cards.

the moment i saw the wild tyrantrums, my impression of the wild fossilmons were that they're all clones too. fossilmons making their way into the wild must have always been a thing as soon as scientists started handing out them to kids, but because they've been cloned so many times by this point, encountering them out in the wild isn't an uncommon thing anymore
