if they can resurrect dead fossilmons, what is even the point of a pokemon graveyard if they can play god and bring the dead back to life

you do know that resurrecting from fossils is just taking DNA and putting it in an egg cell?
so you technically create a clone of an animal, it won't have its memories or anything like that
