One (Suicune), and 2 Mythicals (Celebi and Jirachi). Raikou is ranked D Tier in viability, above the rest of the UUBL crowd, which is where all 3 of the Regis are located. Moltres and Zapdos are also OU but they're gen 1 legendaries.
