Sight nitpick, they'd announced Legends series as "a new direction for the Pokémon series" and given the second didn't in fact slavishly copy/paste the idea the way the other games copy/paste RG's template but continued to explore a new direction for the series, it's clear what Legends is supposed to be is not what pastfags think it should. There's also the fact it's set in a different region, in a different time period with an entirely different focus and it all adds up to L: Z-A not actually being a sequel to L: A, despite sharing a naming convention (same way Call of Duty is different to CoD: Modern Warfare, which was different again to CoD: Black Ops 3, despite all sharing a naming convention because they all sought to do different things like Call of Duty ripping off Medal of Honour 1 and being set in WWII, Modern Warfare being contemporary 2000's warfare and BlOps3 being sci-fi wank). I will say the amount of patternfag retards melting down over a Legends game is once again fucking hilarious, as they twist autsitically in knots trying to deal with its existence.
