How do you think airplane accidents are prevented in the Pokemon World? Car accidents are apparently still a thing, but I'd believe they must have better preparation in case of an airplane malfunction or something

Maybe there's a Dragonite flying next to the plane, making sure nothing happens to it. And if there's an issue, it can make sure the plane lands safely.
Also, technology is generally on a way higher level than in our world. That helps preventing accidents, too.

Probably they must have large flying Pokemon deployed outside in case something happens so they can safely land the plane.
Also what makes a Pokemon safe to be in the cabin? Are hazardous Pokemon only allowed to be inside their Pokeballs?

If something bad happens, call the Dragonite emergency squadron. They'll arrive in seconds and stabilize the plane. Thanks to their diverse movepool, they can deal with fires, frost, explosions, or simply hold the plane together for a safe landing.

More importantly, has anyone checked out that Shuckle? I know from reliable sources that they're used to transport illegal substances.

I imagine that'd be the case for rowdier Pokémon (think Primeape, Drapion, or Scraggy), and also Pokémon that would really need to be out in the open (again, think Weezing, Macargo, or even really large mons like Steelix)

Probably easier to transfer your Pokemon from one terminal to the other. You just pick up your Pokeballs after landing.
