I want Dodrio to get a special treatment no other Pokemon or line has gotten so far. I want Dodrio to evolve, and the Dodrio line to break new ground and be the first to become a 4-stage evolutionary line.

>no recoil, no charging/recharging turn, no stat drop after using it, no negative priority, no possibility to be disrupted and lose focus a la focus punch, no low accuracy, no HP-dependency like must be at full hp or 1 hp, no opponent weight dependency. just a classic 100% accuracy move, except for Quadrio it now hits with 140 bp, 210 with stab, 315 with choice band
