Day 24
I set out across the vast ocean, riding the waves and exploring the blue expanse of Hoenn’s southern routes. While sailing from island to island, I focused on training and refining my team. Through countless battles and hard-earned experience, six Pokémon have solidified themselves as my core squad—Swampert, Camerupt, Breloom, Manectric, Mightyena, and Altaria. Each one has proven their strength and loyalty, forming a team I’ve come to trust completely.
After navigating the currents and shallows, I reached the floating settlement of Pacifidlog Town, a peaceful place drifting atop the sea. I didn’t linger long, though. The call of the ocean pulled me onward, and I continued my exploration, riding the tides and uncovering the last corners of Hoenn’s watery frontier.

Day 25
I spent some time training my team to prepare for the challenges ahead, then flew back to Fortree City to take on the Gym Leader Winona. The battle began with Manectric, who quickly took down her Swablu with Spark. Her own Altaria came out next, but my Altaria, armed with Ice Beam, knocked it out in one hit. Tropius met the same fate, falling instantly to another Ice Beam. Manectric returned to handle Pelipper with Spark, and Camerupt closed out the fight by burning through Skarmory with a series of Embers. With the win, I gained the ability to Fly, and my Altaria carried me straight to Mossdeep City.
There, I faced the twin Gym Leaders, Liza and Tate, in a double battle. I opened with Swampert and Altaria. Together, they took down Claydol with Surf and Ice Beam. I swapped Swampert for Mightyena while Altaria finished off Xatu with another Ice Beam. Their final Pokémon, Lunatone and Solrock, entered the field. Mightyena landed a lucky critical hit, knocking out Lunatone with one Bite. After boosting itself with a few Dragon Dances, Altaria delivered the finishing blow to Solrock using Dragon Breath.
With another badge in hand, I helped Steven defend the Mossdeep Space Center from a Team Magma assault. Together, we defeated Maxie once again, halting their plans—for now.
Hey guys, I really want to make pokemon nuzlocke videos but I don't have the right equipment to make good high quality nuzlocke playthroughs but I want to some day but I do have a YouTube channel and I uploaded a video last night if any of you want to check it out.

>>57939318 (OP)Pretty standard Hoenn team using a lot of the region's staples. Mightyena's the only odd man out here imo as there are many dark types in Hoenn that could fit the role better. Consider replacing with Absol since it has a higher BST and is still mono dark so fills a similar niche while being a small boost in power unless you really like intimidate. As for Winona, try to prioritize using Camerupt and Manectric but mostly Camerupt. She has a Pelipper that she leads with so lead with Manectric and hit it with Thunderbolt for an easy KO. It might benefit you to set up a bit first since her Pelipper might waste turns with Protect. Once that's through you can switch to Camerupt. Her next 2 pokemon are Skarmory and Tropius, both of which are weak to fire. Finally her Altaria. This is her trickiest Pokemon as it has Dragon Dance and Earthquake which can threaten both Camerupt and Manectric so if you don't cripple it quickly it can easily run away with the match, and its dragon typing is resistant to almost everything in the game up until now. If you aren't keen to backtrack to Mauville City Game Corner for an Ice Beam TM to teach Swampert, start off by using Thunder Wave with Manectric to paralyze it, and then potentially swap to Camerupt to fire off super effective rock slides. Ideally what happens is Altaria gets stuck between full paralysis and flinches from the Rock Slides, but that strategy requires a bit of luck to pull off effectively.
