with the exception of articuno yes. Moltres especially looks better as it no longer looks like a nude rubber chicken lit on fire.

Downgrade in terms of design and gameplay. Give the old Articuno its old special attack back

Sidegrade. It's worse than the old one, but it's still a cool pokemon. Flying/Fighting just demands a higher speed stat.

Sidegrade. Good pokemon and almost as good as the old one. The meta is just hostile to it.
2/3 are good. Not bad. Their signature moves should also deal damage that matches their original type. Seriously though, fix Kanto Articuno.

moltes -> up mainly due to how bad base moltres is
articuno -> down, design feels like its locked into a specific pose and you cant do as much with it as a result

Moltres isn't bad. Game Freak is just incompetent and can't give the bird a good model.
At least it's a good pokemon. Moltres really stepped up as one of the best Kingambit answers in the game after Volcarona was banned.
