Frosmoth doesn't have heavy duty boots which never happens. This is only possible by using Copperajah's signature g-max move, requiring you to actually use Copperajah, only playing in formats where it isn't banned (early gen 8 or ag). Considering that Steelix isn't damaged from hazards or from the gmax move, this is likely only a demonstration of this hazard stacking and not indicative of any serious singles format.

All they had to do was ban Stealth Rocks in gen 4 and singles would have been fine. Spikes are fine, as are the poison variety. The pebbles were too much.

Scald too in gen 5. A water move that causes burns more relieably than most fire moves? Fuck off with that shit. Water types are typically bulky enough and now they can just fish for a 30% chance to cut your attack further? Just stupid.
