The general setup of an episode nowadays is a 20 minute anime segment that does a short recap of Friday's anime episode, a clipshow based around a specific theme (based on the summary, it seems to be Orange Academy this time) and a short teaser for next week's episode, followed by a 15 minute SV battle segment where one of the hosts battle some kid that wrote in to the show, then 20 minutes of something else, usually involving some celebrity guests of the day goofing around with the hosts. They also have a regular cooking segment, but that's not in today's episode. The summary and preview linked in the OP should give a general idea of what to expect.
