Speedruns do it in 6 minutes, pad it out some more for the casuals exploring. Unless you're doing more movies there isn't 30 mins of mandatory content there.

Are people actually mad about this? I don't even remember the mandatory Pokestar visit being that long. The text speed is also fast as fuck when set to max so you can easily mash through it. Though overall I did end up enjoying this, it's like a puzzle battle. Nice little side quest like Pokeathlon.
