The reason I want a Mega Raichu is verry simple. I want Pikachu to be as powerful as it can possibly be. Pic related is the closest thing to a Mega Gigantamax Raichu. Any less would be holding back. Would you settle on whatever Goku's strongest form currently is? No. You want Goku to use Super Saiyan 4, Super Saiyan Blue, and Ultra Instinct Mastered at the same time while fused with Ultra Ego Vegeta. And if you say you don't, you have no imagination.

Kid, the only attention raichu got in the last 30-ish years is getting a recolour redesign along with all the rest the shitters unpopular with modern-era children.
Never mind the painfully clear fact they spend more time shilling pikachu as the overall series mascot than they try to push raichu as the pinnacle of the Pikachu line, aided and abetted by the anime keeping Ash's unique and special, giving it TWO specific Z-Crystal moves, a gigantamax form callback to its OG design AND two Tera events, calling back to two OTHER Gen 1-era lore additions with Tera Flying Pikachu and MM Tera Water Surf Pikachu. They made their peace with raichu being such an unloved shitmon, they gave Pikachu a baby form, than try and "fix" raichu by giving it an evo form. Time you start accepting reality also.
