Flareon being able to use a discarded energy effectively makes it a 2 energy attacker. If you haven’t noticed, everything meta is either a 1-2 energy attacker, or has a reliable way to generate energy (lusamine, flareon, giratina, magnezone). Arcanine is literally powecrept and will never see use again, Flareon does more damage too and has eevee bag support.
