Why has there yet to be a special attack version of intimidate?

Call it stupify or befuddlement or some shit.

Goes by the merit of intimate can't be broken if now all sweepers can be weakened.

Special moves tend to be on the weaker side compared to Physical, so Physical gets checked by more effects like Intimidate and Burn.
