If the Pokemon universe has access to unlimited energy through electric types, that would make them a type 3 civilization capable of colonizing the entire galaxy. Yet they insist on using them for primitive blood sport.

Make me wonder why there's deserts as well

Couldn't they terraform everything with water types? Are they retarded?

Presumably electric type pokepn reqire calories to produce electricity, same with all pokemon so it's not like it's unlimited.

>If the Pokemon universe has access to unlimited energy through electric types
That's a really big if. The presence of powerplants, solar panels, and coal mining implies that this isn't true.

Deserts are ecosystems supporting unique life of their own, eliminating them would be just as devastating as eliminating plains or forests or wetlands.

All they would need is going fully dystopian / Team Flare and drain pokemon of their life force for Infinity Energy.

The same reason why mass planting trees in heaths as carbon pools is a bad idea. Certain species are adapted to these kind of ecosystems, and changing something about it could result in them dying out.

One has to ask what physical laws differ from those of our reality.
>Is entropy increasing in the PokéUniverse, is there a set amount energy, or can energy be created out of nothing or "imported" from somewhere else?
>Can pokemon create matter out of nothing? Kyogre could create water out of nothing which would make Team Aqua's plan much more logical.
>Can water types store much more water in their bodies than physically possible?

There are also Pokemon that can seemingly generate endless food. Or at least more than they themselves consume.

Energy transfer seems to not be a consideration in Pokemon

Doesn´t work that way. Pokemon can produce a lot of energy/matter but can´t do so indefinetly. It´s the main reason why Rose acted like a full retard with his plan.

There are powerpalnts in almost every region
