Crawfish and lobsters are very closely related as both are in the Astacidea family and crawdaunt draws inspiration from the whole family (eg massive lobster claws and size). Arcanine is based on lion-dog statues and also tigers, absolutely no links to mystical reptilian creatures like dragons anywhere. Saying its linked to a mystical creature from a foreign land does nothing to link it to dragons since many creatures fit that category (e.g. fairies, goblins, unicorns, etc). In fact based on that, Arcanine should be fairy type too.

Why is Dragon Dance specifically so gatekept? Quiver Dance has an even narrower name in Japanese (Butterfly Dance) and yet Bellossom, Lilligant, and the Oricorio can learn it on basis of them being dancers. There isn't even anything specifically dragon in themeing of the DD apart from the name and type, entries just describe it as "Performing a mystical dance" it doesn't ever say something about calling upon dragon energy or the dance being serpentine or anything like that.

Why don't we just give Krookodile dragon dance instead?
