Not that anon, but I hate to say, that steel/rock typing has a lot of interesting uses that steel/dragon doesn't. Offensively it's not even close, steel/dragon is horrible, but defensively, you also have more 4x resistances with the current typing. Normal and Flying, which are basically safe switch ins. Steel/Dragon has only one 4x resist which is grass, which is not very offensive anyway. Both have 6 neutral weaknesses.
If Aggron could hit super fucking hard, and be an offensive pokemon like its typing demands, and it had enough bulk to survive basic special attacks, it would be a fairly good (or great) Pokemon already. If it had drain punch too, it would be decent today. It could be offensive while also recovering.
