The only eevee legacy move that is actually usable is jolteon and even then he's mediocre. I just wanted the expedited evolution from the com day to make evolving one of each for the level up quest less of a hassle.

To play it safe, I wouldn’t let multiple submissions be in the voting system at a time, but keeping the duplicates on hold just in case is safe. When you get that rejection email, just put one of those other submissions into the queue.
