Definitely SV even though the characters look absolutely shit in-game and I hate the whole aesthetic of these games. However, they are at least fun to play, especially post-game and competitively. I didn't even finish SS and they are the worst games, even below XY.

SV. The games have lower lows than SwSh (ugly environment, terrible gym "puzzles", sandwich making is worse than curry in every way, dogshit buggy raids, weak character design, no battle facility) but it at least had some really good moments which is more than I could say for SwSh which was just mediocre to bad throughout the entire thing.

SwSh was abysmal. Seriously the one single Pokémon game I regret buying. And I played every single gen.

SV's performance and graphics are shamefully bad for sure, but it has a lot of positives and is actually fun. Plus, its story doesn't wanna make me strangle someone, as opposed to SwSh.

Discounting first time excitement playing Silver as a kid, my first playthrough of SV was unironically my favourite.

What does a Pokemon character "look like" in the first place? I feel like the art style has shifted so much from gen 1 to 9 that I'm not sure you can pinpoint a "default" look for any of them.
Most I can say is that I personally feel like it's somewhere between gens 4 and 6, and even then I only have a gut feeling and no objective argument to back up my opinions.
