Why are you guys complaining about Z-A having “zero hype” even though PLA is just like that from its reveal trailer from Pokemon Day 2021 all the way to its second trailer in August 2021? Plus, isn’t the normal hype season of a core series game being a gap between the Pokemon Day reveal trailer and the 2nd trailer on June/July? Do you guys even know your own franchise?

The "hype" right now is the advertising cycle where they trickle out information slowly over months because that's the model their marketing department tells them will generate the most sales. Nothing could be drier or more boring than that regardless of the game it's about.

It doesn't matter how they choose to spread the news cycle. What matters is what the game is about.

New Megas don't do it for me. Zygarde and Lumiose are been there, done that. The anime wasn't enough for Kalos fans? Funny, they were a lot more active back then.

It was supposed to launch last year, as the Switch 2 was supposed to launch last year.
They don't have "investors". Game Freak's privately owned and develop games for Nintendo. Nintendo were focusing on making Switch 2 a bigger launch success than Switch 1 (when half the world WANTED to buy it, but couldn't due to stock shortages) so delayed it, but Game Freak, knowing what kind of retards they bred, understood they HAD to announce the next project, to keep interest (especially after they couldn't trust the kids to not be whores and start sucking off lesser series in 2015).
It's pretty funny, all yis had to do was NOT be overly-fixated manchild fuckers and they'd trust you. But yis are so the don't.

I'm amazed at how little we know of this game, there have been no crediable leaks at all to the point people wonder if there are even any new pokemon be they regional or mega evolution at all.

to be fair, anon, every other pokemon game up until this point has had SOMETHING new at least once a month. Z-A has had mostly nothingburgers, and most of the hype comes from the new megas, which kinda just.. haven't been seen yet .3.
like don't get me wrong, Z-A looks stupid fun, but that's most of the hype of new games nowadays lmao

I'm pretty hyped for a new lycanroc form and new evolutions and new megas for lycanrocs various new evolutions.
