The villain is a Pokestar Studio actress who hides behind her sweet, charitable persona. Although behind the scenes uses her influence to manipulate people within the business and entertainment scene to further her goals.
She desires a world that she has complete control over, as if she was the director of all human and Pokémon. Believing that is what’s best for the world, she seeks out the equipment, artifacts, and people she’ll need to awaken the legendary Pokémon that can create that film like reality for her.

Oh and also the final battle between her would be within the reality she created with the legendary Pokémon that consumed part of pokestar studios. She uses the people stuck within to try to prevent your character. When you face off against her she uses her own team first but brought back into a corner she uses the legendary to conjure two legendary Pokémon back to back. Kinda like what Volo did back in Arceus.
