For example, Titan was SV's codename, and it had nothing to do with anything relating to mythical titans, nor did it feature giant Pokémon, it arguably would have been a more appropriate nickname for SWSH going by that.
PLZA is "Ikakku" and unless we have a Narwhal as a central figure, or the story relates to the obscure Buddhist myth about some prick monk who brought drought on the lands by imprisoning dragons, I doubt the names mean anything more than GF having a fixed name for a project in the earlier stages.
Gen 10 being similar to Horizons could mean that we'll visit different regions instead of having a new original one, it could mean something as basic as the game's plot revolving around exploring shit, though the latter may not be enough to warrant concern on GF's part.
