Arbok being dark type would have been a good change back in gen 2 like Magnemite.
If Ninetales would get a 2nd type it should be ghost. Fits the theme and helps out kanto lack of ghosts.
Koffing and Weezing should be poison/flying but whatever.
All the other ones are bad or whatever, I think pokemon should be more open to making changes like type/evolution methods.

Cubone line should have never been Ground but Rock instead. Solid bone is something that much sooner can be likened to hard mineral than to loose soil. Plus there's the whole idiocy of flyers(and levitaters) being immune to Bonemerang

And I would sooner accept Fighting as a second type after all it's a biped that fights in a very martial human-like(armor and object use) way. I know people are desperate for more Ghosts so they usually tack it on Marowak and/or Ninetales but they forget that the core trait of gen1 ghost is being immune to normal/fighting aka non-elemental physical/material moves. It's the reason they felt the need to add Ghost in the first place(instead of making the Gastly line psychic like the other paranormals), because they are incorporeal and therefore shouldnt be affected by the purely physical. You shouldn't be able to phase into immateriality just because you wear the bones of the dead or because you have paranormal powers.
