Fairy hate is overstated, it's mostly just them resisting bug that feels kind of retarded and petty.
Ghost is unironically the more problematic type right now, with the fix being make bug hard counter it, bug resists ghost and is now SE vs it.

Make Fairy weak to Normal. The theme fits and it balances both, Fairy regularly and Normal in Inverse Battles. Having Normal resist Fairy is optional, but welcome.
