So how about this new idea

Mespirit cycles randomly between the effects of like rage powder, taunt, torrent, encore, charm, confuse ray, attract, intimidate, swagger, flatter, scary face, and tickle.

Azelf makes them do the badge disobedience thing (as if the pokemon was 1 level higher than their badge covers, including effective lvl 101 if all 8 badges)

Uxie makes them forget a move at random each turn, remembering it if it's a different one from the previous.
