Well obviously there wouldn't be existing records of Slither Wing in Violet, because they don't have the Scarlet Book. So Slither Wing is a brand new creature to them. In Scarlet, Future Paradox dex entries mention tabloids calling them alien invaders, while the Violet pokedex cites the Violet Book.
>>57979977 (OP)the explanation is that I bribed GF to give volcarona another form since i like that moth a lot
>>57980002Found this really annoying, because in practice this makes the pokedex entries for all the paradox pokemon 'lol book' in their original games and they only get an interesting dex entry in the game where you can't get them.
>>57979977 (OP)Why do they all have their not-name names?

>>57979977 (OP)Occulture is canonically full of made up bullshit with maybe 5% truth. The anime showed this.

>>57979977 (OP)Paradox mons are fakemons from alternate universes
>>57980968But did Heath actually see any Paradox Pokémon on his expedition, or did he invent fakemons that tricked the Professor into searching for a timeline where similar creatures actually existed?
jugulis is a funny word lol
>>57981622That's the paradox.
However, Heath did probably just not lie at all, since the shit about Terapagos was real.
>>57979977 (OP)It’s actually an ancient Larvesta evolution.
Its stats align closer to Larvesta than Volcarona, and Past Paradoxes have been similar to NFE Pokemon like Jigglypuff, Misdreavus, and Magneton.
Occulture is the Pokemon equivalent to National Inquirer and other tabloids that are full of fake shit.
It's a Volcarona from an alternate timeline. That's just what all Volcarona from that timeline look like. Terapagos has the power to connect across time.
