Western Europe. Bit of advice I've said before, drop the queue before 30 seconds every time. Once 30 seconds have passed in queue, matchmaking range becomes global and you can get HORRIBLY LAGGY matches, leaving the queue before then and restarting it has no penalty and results in much better matches in general, with the only downside being that during off-peak hours (4am) it can take several minutes to get a match.
Since the recent change to matchmaking however, this no longer prevents other regions from connecting to yours, so the other players in your match might still be laggy.

I average 2 kills with Clefable and luck in with hits.
I barely get 5 stacks.
So drive lens is useless for sp atk, its for cooldowns.

I find I just need the full black boost emblems cooldown reduction to be enough

The Girl's Arm Sleeves looks like Tinkaton's Arms and the Boys Metal Knuckles looks like Tinkaton's Metal Skirt, so probably Tink as there is no other Pokémon with those characteristics and none of the leaked Holowears so far has that style, so maybe Punk style Tink will be a thing, just maybe?

I think I'm going to fucking kill myself if I force myself to keep playing ShadowPulse Darkrai. Currently at like 30% WR this season. Surely there is a skill issue here if it's that low, but I haven't played that many matches yet so it's still relatively easy to tip those scales I guess.

As for GigatonThief for Tinkaton, I'm good with, but as the game becomes more and more Long Range CC Heavy and Timi refuse to Buff Tink into an actual All-Rounder, more and more I prefer SmackThief, heck I feel like I have actual impact with SmackThief than GigatonThief as I can Shoot back at and Kill those pesky Eevees/Pikachus/Ninetales/Sucines/Mews while Chipping away at All-Rounders to give me an advantage to Spin Win them with Thief when they get close(Tinkaton has difficulty winning any 1v1 fights and have to use underhanded tactics to win against another All-Rounder as she lacks the stuff what most All-Rounders have), though I do hope they buff Smack Down (More damage, Full Charge should be a Stun, and probably let it Crit or do Health Damage) and Ice Hammer (This is the ability that really do needs buffs badly, More damage, longer Leap so it can properly go over walls, Boosts the Passive Gauge, Unstoppable or Hinderance Resistance, longer CC effect duration, and a Shield or Damage Reduction) also I think Mold Breaker's Shield Damage needs a buff as it loses effectiveness every time Timi buffs both a mon's Health and Shields for example before the Snorlax buffs Mold Breaker broke it's Shields and Chipped it but after the buffs Mold Breaker barely do anything to Snorlax's Shields while barely hurting it, I think Mold Breaker needs better scaling it should also do Health percentage damage

Well right now you can earn latios for free by doing the event and Latias will have a similar event when she releases on the 8th of August. There's definitely people who main mons so you should try this out and see if you like the gameplay. Just know that whem you get further into ranked that there will be bans that could make it so you can't use them, that the two mons have benefits when they're on the same team, and that if you do play you will be up against bots for awhile.
