Ambrette is the unique town which leads into the first ride route and also has a fossil reviver
Anistar has a bittersweet feel while also being home to the weird statue and Olympia

This I liked walking around it and listening to the music. Theres also that one autumn themed area but I guess since I can't remember it's name it's not that memorable although it hits a similar vibe to the bellchime trail. I also think the psychic gym in kalos was pretty cool.

personally I believe Snowbelle City to be one of the most memorable areas in Pokemon.
