while we give it parental bond we should give dreepy an actual level up learnset (and reasonable evolution level too)
give it weaker counterparts of moves dragapult has access to (for instance ember, water gun, peck, thunder shock, dragon breath as earlygame counterparts to flamethrower, surf, acrobatics, thunderbolt, dragon pulse, etc) so that dreepy is both usable by sane people within playthroughs (if they get it during the early/midgame, likely via trading or if they're playing a romhack), and has its new learnset tie in with parental bond's effect of having the parental bond mon's offspring join in to help with the attack
