post your mon ideas here
here is my god tier idea for a new mon. it starts out as a flying type and looks like a sad, weak, emaciated, sickly baby bird. the lore is that it's the runt of the litter of another bird type pokemon who are abandoned by their flock for being too weak and unable to fly properly. it's called Frailfare (after the bird fieldfare and frail) and sucks pretty bad at this stage. when it evolves it dies and becomes a ghost type that looks like a skeletal bird with glowing eyes and claws, and few feathers stuck to it's bones. the lore here is that despite losing it's ability to fly, their spirit's strong desire for vengeance against it's flock keeps them tethered to this world. it's called Talonis (lex talionis is a system of justice, talon is a bird part). When it evolves again it becomes a ghost/fighting dual type that looks like a lanky skeletal humanoid mummy wrapped in bandages, particularly around it's hands and feet to look like boxing hand wraps, wearing tattered robes with a bird skull for a head. it retains it's glowing claws and eyes it's called Featherwight (feather is a bird part, featherweight is a class in professional fighting, wight is an undead creature), and the lore here is that after honing it's fighting spirit it casts aside it's desire for vengeance to instead wander the land and protect the weak at night.
not a very good artist but sketched what i imagine they'd look like
