>Marumine-style Hiroshima Pokénomiyaki
>by Pekopa, Shun-kun and Kei-kun

>Ingredients: 50g of okonomiyaki flour, 130-150ml of water, approx 180g of cabbage, approx 30g of mung bean sprouts, appropriate amounts of tenkasu, approx 40g of pork, approx 1 portion of uncooked noodles, 1 egg, egg white from 1 egg, appropriate amounts of okonomiyaki sauce, appropriate amounts of mayonnaise, appropriate amounts of gyofun powder, appropriate amounts of kombu powder
>Mix the okonomiyaki flour and water to make the batter, spread it in a round shape on a griddle, then sprinkle gyofun powder and kombu powder on it according to your personal taste before it solidifies. While the batter fries, fry the raw noodles next to it on the griddle as well, flipping them over when they're fried on one side. Place the cabbage, bean sprouts, tenkasu and pork on top of the batter, then flip the entire stack upside down on the griddle and press it against the griddle with a spatula, then lift it up and place it on top of the noodles. Fry an egg on the griddle, then lift the entire stack on top of it. When it's all done, lift it onto a plate, then spread okonomiyaki sauce on half the okonomiyaki and mayonnaise on the other. Finally, fry the egg white from one egg separately and cut a slice of it into the shape of a Marumine's mouth, then place them on the sauce-covered half. Draw eyes and eyebrows with okonomiyaki sauce.
