You can use Solar Beam in one turn if you have sunny weather. Instead of wasting a turn using sunny day you can bring in a Pokémon with the drought ability to use it instantly.
>How powerful is it?
Very powerful. 120 Base power and 100% accuracy. Can’t get better than that.
>Can it oneshot Origin Forme Palkia and Complete Zygarde if a Solgaleo uses it?
Of course not. Don’t be stupid.
>Are there any grass type moves better than Solar Beam?
Nope, Solar Beam is the definitive grass type move and the most powerful of all grass type moves. There’s nothing better than harnessing the power of the sun. A solar charged energy beam will always be better than hitting something with some stupid plant roots.
>What are some other beam type moves?
Ice Beam, Meteor Beam, Steel Beam, Hyper Beam, Aurora Beam, Signal Beam. None of them are as good as Solar Beam though.
