Too good on stall teams. Needs a drawback like assault best.

It doesn't see much usage because hazards seldom show up.
I've seen toxic spikes only a handful of times and stealth rock never.

Hazards weren't given a turn limit like ever other field effect (screens, weather, etc.).

Item Clause

It was made with the purpose of helping shitmons be less shit. But with furbait cumsluts unable to be punished through chip damage or stallniggers having up to 4 Regenerator mons cycling in & out unscathed it really just fags up the match when an Item Clause would force these retards in actually having to think when teambuilding.

... yes, that's what hdb did. killed hazards other than stealth rock as a viable strategy

A bandage solution when they should've just made more mons who directly counter entry hazards as a whole, ideally with extreme measures, like moves that deal increased damage based on how many hazards are present on the user's side, or an ability that not only cleans up the mon's side of the battle, but also gives stat boosts in accordance with how many hazards it swept up.

I didn't see hazards before gen 9, HDB is kind of a pointless item.
No one was running spikes, rocks, or toxic spikes.

make rapid spin fling any hazards it spins away at the opponent, activating them for the opponent in addition to removing them

and yes it can fling spikes at flying mons
