>>58001048Thats my big issue with how Typing is handled in Pokémon. Cubone is pretty much a normal type with a Ground type weapon, if it were me it'd just be Normal type with a Groundworker ability, because sometimes a Pokémon's typing describes its physicality, or it's powers. Grapploct is a good example where it's not Water typing despite living in the ocean, not every aquatic animal can control water, but I also think it'd make sense to be weak to Electric, while Rapid Strike Urshifu is Water typing because it has water, but it's still weak to Electric and Grass despite not being aquatic. Some types like Bug and Dragon simply describe an animal species while others describe special powers, and I've thought about making a list of Defensive typings and Offensive typings because of this, while using those aforementioned animal typings and also Egg Groups, but I don't think it's something that would work in a video game that's anywhere near as balanced as Pokémon is right now.
