Unlike Colosseum it has a full possible PID spread. Method goes like this:
>Check order that title screen options pop in 10 times to get seed
>Use seed to calculate how many advances
>Enter game and go to Egg (~100-110 advances per second) or report (52/second) channel and wait until you're close.
>Go back out and repeat process on title screen to get RNG seed
>Check how many advances away. If close use a program to get an elaborate set of commands you can use to advance to the exact RNG call
>Get your Jirachi
Last part is pretty foolproof because you don't advance RNG on the title screen without menuing.
