Early bug that reaches final evo by lv. 10.
The only thing you could do with it is to randomly introduce another evo for it.
If not, then min-max Mega form (Beedrill) or gimmick form (Butterfree) is the only option.
If not again, then make it a Special Attacker instead, give it Quiver Dance, change its typing to Bug/Normal and go Quiver + STAB Boomburst with it.

when I played pokemon reborn (cringe I know) I had a kricketune with technician. I gave it a metronome and spammed fury cutter and it worked pretty damn well.
