It's cute and I actually think it's fitting for a Mega (that doesn't ruin the original's design or add a bunch of needless complexity), but you should really give it the hands that the original Flygon has; these just look too awkward.

Actually not bad. Think pic rel would be my favorite if it only had the two arms instead of four. It was designed as a Ground/Dragon still so I'm not sure why they went with four arms, but whatever.
