I'm playing the New Kanto, and cannot progress past the dark rift inside the cave south of Cinnabar island. The game hints at something needing completion. I got 8 badges, E4, Sevii islands unlocked, 16 plates, all legendary roamers caught, Arceus chilling in a cave next to Cerulean.

MissigNo pops in random locations as people, and a Bulbasaur roamer which doesn't show up at all as an encounter?
