In the Battle Factory you use rental Pokemon. Defeat a trainer and you can trade Pokemon with them.
In the Battle Arena you battle for 3 rounds, then both Pokemon are judged on the battle. The higher score wins.
In the Battle Dome you fight a tournament between 16 trainers. You pick three Pokemon from your team to bring, and two from them for each battle.
In the Battle Pike you play a roguelite-like game; you get to pick your next encounter like a roadmap from different rooms.
In the Battle Palace you pick three Pokemon from your team and they participate in battles entirely on their own, based on their Nature and moves. This one tends to be frustratingly RNG-heavy.
In the Battle Pyramid you go through a dungeon-crawler. You can find items in the Pyramid and use them in battle, and they can tip the scales if you find a lot of good ones.
In the Battle Tower you go through a standard battle gauntlet. The further you battle the more the game will add in Pokemon and teams that counter yours, and start tipping the RNG scales in favor of the house. Expect OHKO moves to show up, expect them to actually hit, and expect them to be spammed.
It's a whole separate thing.
