We can also create a fakemon for each. It has to be an animal that nicely represent this organ.

THYROID:
A butterfly Pokemon, because this organ looks like a butterfly. lt produces hormones that not only attract opposite gender, but also can manipulate bodily functions of its opponents.

What is the rationale behind ice being eyes?

Eyes are quite often a symbol of psychic power (Third eye, glowing eyes, the Pokemon symbol for psychic is literally an eye in most games)

Make mouth rock type (teeth, kinda close to rocks), then make the vocal cords the dragon type. Ears can be normal type

That just leaves kidneys and ice, which don't marry up great (you could make a case for kidney stones being solid and sharp like ice)

btw ice is almost pronounced like eyes, and glaze like glac(ier), very punny

ears, just like eyes are meant to observe the world, and could represent being able to perceive the world supernaturally

vocal cords are normal to synergize with normal type sound moves

NTA but I kinda figured that's what you were getting at. Honestly kinda hard to find a place to put ice anyways. Organisms and cold don't really mix

EYES: an ice spider that creates a spider web with soapy water that quickly freezes into crystal structure just to focus light into opponents, it's a little like arboliva connecting its arms but it has a web in-between, spiders have a lot of eyes so it kinda fits too and maybe the web pattern resembles an eye
