It doesnt need Dynamaxing because it can outspeed with 148 speed stat and can do double damage to them with a 100 bp move on top of effectely having a 255 atk stat, basically making it a max move that can be used whenever needed.
Not to mention its great typing that gets stab on moves that destroy a ton of commonly used offensive types in the game and resists most of the game's types along with with solid 115 defenses on both sides. Then you have its huge Physical movepool as well.

Unless it's a double resist, they really don't matter when the mon has multiple boosts in play that effectively nullify the resist, also see Dracovish terrorizing the meta with Fishious Rend.
