Basically, what I'm saying is that the current news cycle for Pokémon is completely different from any news cycle before (and filled with strange decisions) so I think the argument that Gen 10 won't be teased because "there's no way" or "it would be stupid" is very weak.
Other than that, they've been hyping up this Presents a lot. Hell, in Japan, it's going to get a pre-show. They clearly want a lot of people to look at this. Even if they don't show any gameplay for it, I legitimately think we might get a title reveal for the Gen 10 games.
